Delta Airlines Customer Service Representative (Remote)
As a Customer Service Representative at Delta Airlines, you will be part of our remote team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and providing support with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities... * Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and effectively * Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures * Assist customers with booking, changes to reservations, and other service requests * Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and tact * Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery Required Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Strong customer focus with a passion for helping people * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously * Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred Experience:Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
Working Hours:This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support our customers.
