- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
- Utilize training to answer customer questions and provide appropriate product solutions
- Research and resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the system
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and policies
- What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
