Seeking entry level virtual assistance for an Airbnb business - Contract to Hire

Responsibilities • Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability • Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay... • Coordinate check-in and check-out processes • Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively • Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants • Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance • Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings • Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy • Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans • Financial reporting for clients monthly • Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid • Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, report all supplies needed to management • Assisting in the continual growth of our business • *Requirements** • Clear & effective communicator speaking & writing in English • Must be able to follow simple & detailed instructions • Must have a flexible schedule • Go getter & problem-solving work ethic • Prior experience with Airbnb or other short term rental business preferred Apply Job!
