Residents outside IL, MN, PA, GA, TX, OH will be 1099 contractors • Hiring for the following shifts: 9am-530pm, 230pm-11pm, 5pm-11pm, & OVERNIGHT 11pm-7am CENTRAL TIME • Weekends & Holidays Required • 30 - 40 hours per week according to your desired commitment • Ability to trade, pick up, give away shifts Our SAS Agents take inbound calls to capture leads, set appointments, and provide information to callers on behalf of ~100 clients. Achieve intended results by following a script, following instructions, building rapport with callers, and troubleshooting as needed. You will join a friendly team of professionals capable of handling a wide range of challenging situations. This is a permanent position in a stable company. Excellent candidates for this position will be able to do the following: • Stick to clients' scripts; practice call control and empathy • Confirm accuracy of contact information • Read and research answers to commonly asked questions for each business • Handle all calls in a courteous and business-like fashion • Support and augment our positive culture • Maintain confidentiality & adhere to HIPAA regulations • Adhere to strict attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements Core Requirements: • Type 40 wpm or better • Solid ability to listen and type at the same time • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Expert comprehension skills • Comfortability and confidence with computers, browsers, using various apps, virtual desktops; ability to troubleshoot technical issues, etc. • Strong interpersonal skills • Previous answering service, call center, or secretarial/receptionist experience is preferred Before applying, you must have the following equipment: • Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or Windows 11 • Ethernet cable connected internet (no Wi-Fi) • Fast and reliable internet; cable or DSL (Required speeds are 20mbps download & 20mbps upload) • Dual monitors or large single monitor set up • USB wired headset • Webcam for orientation • ** $500 sign-on bonus after 90 shifts worked! *** Learn more at consolidatedccs.com/careers2 YOUR FUTURE IS CALLING!
