- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Call Center experience
- Must have an active internet connection and the ability to work from home
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
- Positive work attitude and a willingness to assist others
- High School Diploma or equivalent
