As a Remote Call Center Representative your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring an overall positive customer experience with the company. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer calls, chats, and emails regarding product information, order tracking, returns, and other general inquiries. • Assist customers with placing orders, monitoring deliveries, and processing returns or exchanges. • Handle customer concerns promptly, escalating more complex issues when necessary. • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • A positive, customer-first attitude. • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
