What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs and policies
• Handle 60-100 incoming and outgoing calls per day
• Maintain department standard audit error rate and not ready time of 25% or less
• Schedule appointments accurately while ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Report directly to the Registration Manager and Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in registration processes
• Compliance with attendance policies and departmental standards

• Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
• Familiarity with patient registration and scheduling systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
