I have been a freelance online marketer for 9 years. In 2019 I specialized in performance marketing for ecommerce brands and lead generation accounts. My monthly service covers end-to-end campaign management for both Google and Meta ads. I am seeking to hire a Google Ads Specialist to manage Google ads for my clients. Based in Amsterdam, I work with Dutch clients who run both domestic and... international campaigns (primarily in Germany, France, and the UK). The Role I am looking for a skilled SEA / Google Ads Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing result-driven Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on optimizing cost per lead and ROAS targets. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns, including setup, tracking, research, and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Setup & Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet cost per lead or ROAS goals. • Tracking & Analytics: Set up Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking and enhanced conversion tracking to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competition, customer reviews, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies. • Copywriting & Creative: Write compelling ad copy and design engaging banners and videos. Collaborate on landing page copy and design. • Optimization & Reporting: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients. • Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations. • AI assistance: Smartly make use of AI tools like ChatGPT for multi-lingual copywriting, banner design, ideation and more Ideal Profile • Experience: 3-5 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably with lead generation and eCommerce brands. • Skills: • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center keyword research tools, and PPC tools • Proficiency in persuasive ad copywriting in English • Deep understanding and experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Merchant Center, Google Data Studio/Looker and feed management tools such as Channable. • Qualifications: Google Ads certification preferred. Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies is a plus. • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
