Job Type Remote, Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (with flexibility) Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Provide product and service information to customers. • Assist with order placement, refunds, or exchanges. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Hourly Salary Range $25-$45/hour Job Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. • Located within the United States. Basic Educational Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
