- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service and live chat support.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights with colleagues.
- Handle difficult or complex customer situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that clients feel heard and valued.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management to enhance customer experience. *Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
