What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
• Escalate more technical product-related issues to the appropriate product support department
• Process a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and utilize resources to resolve inquiries
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensure accurate customer information entry

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of call center experience
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and business operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a digital transformation or technology-focused environment
• Familiarity with financial services and customer relationship management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
