Responsibilities • Perform routine data processing tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of information in the assigned industry and functional area. • Apply knowledge of business processes to meet service level agreements. • Assist in identifying and resolving any processing issues that may arise. • Audit, interpret, and reconcile reports for accuracy, maintaining consistency in data provided to management and clients. • Handle sensitive company data in compliance with established security policies and procedures. Requirements • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. • Two or more years of experience in business process service delivery or a related field, with a preference for experience in an outsourcing environment. • Familiarity with client products/services and industry is a plus. • Experience using business software solutions and ability to support client needs efficiently. Skills • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. • Proficiency with personal computers and business software. • Excellent organization skills to balance and prioritize tasks. • Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team. Work Environment This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility to work remotely with occasional office-based tasks. Compensation The salary range for this position is (30,500 - )43,500 per year, with base pay varying based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
