Responsibilities:
Full Listing Review: Evaluate all of our current Airbnb listings to identify areas for improvement. This includes reviewing titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, and house policies.
Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze similar listings in our area to identify strategies that can improve our position in search results.
Improvement Recommendations: Provide a detailed report with specific recommendations for each listing, covering aspects such as title, description, and photo optimization, as well as adjustments to pricing and booking strategy.
Profile Optimization: Suggest improvements to the host profile, including managing reviews, setting cancellation policy, and pricing options.
Implementation and Testing: Assist in the implementation of recommendations and track changes to measure their impact on listing performance
