What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules
• Manage, process, and review all financial project activity ensuring compliance with procurement policies
• Maintain project trackers and assist with data collection and validation in various systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status communication with the project team
• Prepare project reports and collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Previous experience with AT&T is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Access and/or VBA skills are desirable
• Ability to quickly learn department functions and existing processes independently
