Subject Matter Requirements: • At least 5 years of Amazon Ads experience • Minimum of 10 hours per week availability with some Pacific Time Zone crossover... • Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets • Strong grasp of data-driven, direct response, KPI-driven lead gen marketing • Experience with other retail media platforms such as Walmart • Skai (Kenshoo) and other third-party platform experience a big plus Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to achieve client goals. Ability to manage on other retail media platforms as well. • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance product visibility. • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing Amazon Advertising reports and third-party tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad content based on performance data and industry best practices. • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) efficiency. • Market Research: Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes to provide innovative and effective advertising solutions. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product management, to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives.
