Responsibilities
Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs and services
Draft and manage marketing communications across various platforms, including social media and email
Create appealing content for promotional materials, newsletters, and blog posts
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media interactions
Analyze engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in marketing communications or... customer support
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
