Customer Service Specialist

A Corky's Customer Support Specialist accepts the challenge of taking ownership in addressing all customer concerns, complaints, inquiries, and orders; keeping customer satisfaction in all decisions and behaviors. The duties could include, but not limited to answering phones, handling customer issues, providing helpful answers to catering and restaurant questions, building relationships with customers, taking orders over the phone and ringing in orders.
Responsibilities:
 Manage large amounts of inbound calls
 Follow communication "scripts" provided when handling different topics and calls
 Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
 Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
 Taking restaurants orders as well as mail order calls
 Ringing orders into a POS system and mail orders into our mail order system
Requirements
Requirements:
 Previous experience in a customer support role
 Strong phone and verbal communication skills
 Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
 Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
 High school diploma
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
