Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors
Verify patient insurance coverage and perform benefit investigations
Assist in managing appeals for claim denials
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must possess exceptional communication and phone etiquette
High-speed internet availability and ability to work from home
Must be available for an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm

Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Familiarity with insurance verification processes
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service
