We invite applications for the role of People & Learning Coordinator, a remote position designed for proactive individuals eager to contribute to our onboarding and training initiatives. This position is integral to enhancing the learning experiences of diverse audiences through impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring effective communication and smooth logistical execution.
• Provide remote support for various learning and development initiatives, overseeing communication, system requests, and content updates.
• Audit learning sessions to verify compliance with prerequisites and accurately track attendance within our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain and manage schedules, adjust classes, and keep precise records for our learning and development offerings.
• Analyze participant feedback and course satisfaction metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our programs.
• Oversee email communications related to learning initiatives, including participant notifications and follow-up correspondences.
• Assist in the development, analysis, and reporting of knowledge assessments and program evaluations to ensure desired learning outcomes.
• Manage data retrieval and adjustments for assessments, guaranteeing accuracy in reporting.

Required Skills
• Proficient command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Strong aptitude in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms).
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable and effective in a remote working environment.
• A demonstrated commitment to core values emphasizing growth, excellence, and collaboration.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Applied Learning Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience in management and event coordination or learning program management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as Kahoot! for online game-based learning is beneficial but not mandatory.
