Order Management Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
 Be the primary liaison between our customer base and warehouse operations
 Proactively monitor order status and identify potential fulfillment issues before they impact customers
 Manage carrier claims and resolve delivery issues
 Negotiate solutions with customers to resolve issues effectively while upholding company policies
 Process refunds and assist customers with exchange orders
 Implement and optimize new order management processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
 Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
 Experience with Shopify e-commerce order management
 Outstanding communication skills, both through written email and over the phone
 Proven experience in a customer support role managing multiple email tickets
 The ability to quickly learn and accurately implement new processes
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with Zendesk is major plus
 Genuine enthusiasm and interest in backpacking/camping to authentically connect with our team and customers
