Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EOSH professional to join our Technical Global Audit Organization (GAO) as a Global EOSH Auditor.

GAO is a truly global organization, responsible for the conducting of risk focused Quality & Food Safety and EOSH audits of 900+ Coca-Cola manufacturing operations, and thousands of distribution operations, across the more than 200 countries in which we do business.

This is a unique opportunity for those seeking to transition to one of the worlds largest and most successful beverage companies. This role provides a sure-footed entry into the Coca-Cola system and a chance to broaden your international exposure and business acumen while developing technical leadership skills. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in driving exceptional EOSH performance, continuous improvement, and Company Standards compliance within a global manufacturing and/or distribution organization. For this open position we are targeting candidates based in Mexico City but will consider candidates based in any major city in Latin America with a Company office and good flight connections.

What Youll Do for Us :
• Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements.
• Leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills, to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans.
• Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organizations value proposition and performance.
• Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures.
• 50%+ travel, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications: • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in an operational EOSH role in manufacturing and/or distribution operations. • Proven track record of driving EOSH performance and continuous improvement. • Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in additional languages is a plus. • ISO 14001, 39001, and/or 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications are desirable. • Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH Diploma) are desirable.

What Well Do for You:
• Broad Exposure: You will have the opportunity to travel across the globe, gaining national and international exposure along with hands-on experience to various Coca-Cola operations and processes.
• Career Development: Our roles are designed as 3–5-year journeys, leading to further roles and creating opportunities to quickly gain depth and breadth of experience and business knowledge.
• Global Network: This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a truly global network and lay the foundation for a dynamic technical career within The Coca-Cola System.

Skills:
ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Microsoft Office, Troubleshooting, Waterfall Project Management

Our Purpose and Growth Culture:

We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference. We act with a growth mindset, take an expansive approach to what’s possible and believe in continuous learning to improve our business and ourselves. We focus on four key behaviors – curious, empowered, inclusive and agile – and value how we work as much as what we achieve. We believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive after 130+ years. Visit Our Purpose and Vision to learn more about these behaviors and how you can bring them to life in your next role at Coca-Cola.
