We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative Marketing Communications Assistant to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in various marketing and communication initiatives, fostering your ability to transform intricate information into engaging content. If you are proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and email marketing platforms, this opportunity is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and refine engaging blog posts, informative webinar recaps, and scripts for impactful videos that resonate with our audience.
Create compelling promotional materials that enhance our brand visibility.
Assist in the development of email campaigns, newsletters, and other written communications.
Review and polish content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Design visually appealing presentation decks for webinars, events, and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with key messaging.
Develop one-pagers and additional marketing collateral for various events and campaigns.
Write speaker proposals and prepare materials to support event presenters.
Contribute to website content development and assist with miscellaneous marketing projects as needed.
Required Skills
Proven expertise in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Constant Contact.
Strong attention to detail with the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
