Entry Level - Customer Service

Responsibilities:
 Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
 Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed
 Troubleshoot product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
 Document all interactions and update customer records accurately
 Meet or exceed performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores
 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
 Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services
Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
 Proficiency in technology, including cloud-based software and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
 Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
