Beyond LED is urgent hiring a Sales Representative position in India (Remote). Responsibilities: • Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. • Actively engage with potential clients to identify their needs and promote our products/services. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and availability. • Work closely with marketing teams to support lead generation activities and campaigns. • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Sales Associate • Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage sales processes and customer relationships. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
