Role Description Ideabright Infotech is looking for a full-time remote FBA and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: Amazon Store Management: • Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. • Implement and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to increase product visibility. Inventory Management: • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts. • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment. Marketplace Expansion: • Identify and explore opportunities to expand our presence on other ecommerce platforms. • Develop and execute strategies for entering new marketplaces. Customer Engagement: • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally. • Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Analytics and Reporting: • Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and other relevant metrics. • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Amazon FBA and Ecommerce Specialist or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms. • Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for market research. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in FBA and Ecommerce management • Experience with eBay, Google Shopping, and Amazon • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions • Experience analyzing and optimizing listings, utilizing A/B testing and other data analysis methods • Experience with order management, inventory management, and reporting • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field preferred Apply Job!
