Job Title: Freelance Team Lead - Education Consultancy Location: Hyderabad, India Reports To: Senior Management Contract Type: Freelancer with a monthly retainer Role Overview: The Freelance Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of education consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role involves strategizing, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining communication between the team and management. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, ensuring client needs are met while upholding organizational goals and standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: • Lead and manage a team of education consultants, ensuring they perform to high standards. • Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met. • Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members as required. Client Coordination: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in India, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Ensure that all client interactions are professional and align with organizational standards. Operational Oversight: • Develop and implement efficient workflows for the team to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on objectives. • Maintain accurate records of team activities, client engagements, and project milestones. Strategic Input: • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for expanding the business and improving services. • Provide insights and feedback based on local market trends and client needs. Reporting: • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics. • Highlight areas of success and recommend improvements where necessary. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in the education consultancy sector. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in education, consultancy, or a related field. • Familiarity with the Indian education system and local market dynamics. • Proficiency in using project management/CRM tools and software.
