Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records utilizing QuickBooks software, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
Execute financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other essential financial documents.
Compile and manage financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines.
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Work collaboratively with team members to address discrepancies or issues in financial documentation.
Remain informed on industry developments and innovations in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a comparable position.
