Overview Join Chewy's pet insurance team as a Licensed Customer Service Representative, where you will help pet owners understand and enroll in pet insurance policies. In Short • Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers. • Utilize a consultative style to tailor insurance solutions. • Present the value of pet insurance policies. • Guide conversations towards successful enrollment. • Provide detailed information about policies and coverage options. • Overcome objections with confidence and empathy. • Accurately enroll pets in policies. • Meet and exceed enrollment targets. • Develop knowledge of Chewy’s pet health insurance plans. • Handle customer service contacts as needed. Requirements • Maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license. • 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales role preferred. • 2+ years of customer service experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Familiarity with the insurance industry, especially pet insurance. • Strong ability to handle objections. • Proficiency in basic computer applications. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime.
