We are currently expanding our team of remote Customer Service Agents to handle inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms. What You Will Do:
Manage incoming live chat messages on our businesss website and social media channels, addressing customer concerns about returns, re-ordering, and other queries.
Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing accurate information and escalating complex issues to the appropriate contacts.
Receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success in your role.
Rate:
$35 per hour. Requirements:
Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity capable of managing multiple communication channels.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
Available to work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week.
Skills and Background:
No previous experience necessary; we provide full training.
Must have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
