Peer Support Specialist - Telehealth
                                Description:
 Provide peer support and a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients
 Actively listen to clients' experiences and challenges
 Offer empathy, encouragement, and practical coping strategies
 Collaborate with clinical and counseling teams for client care
 Review client progress and provide ongoing support
 Continuously develop peer support skills through training
Requirements:
 Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
 Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential or ability to register within 60 days
 Specialized training from Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery
 Minimum one year experience with youth
 Ability to work with diverse populations
 Ability to model appropriate behaviors in challenging situations
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to manage individual stress effectively
 Must pass a criminal background check
 Must be 21 years or older
