Responsibilities: Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure effective inclusion strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods to foster success. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and learning.
Qualifications: License: Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License required. Degree: Bachelors in Special Education or related field; Masters preferred. Experience: Experience with K-12 students in a special education setting is advantageous.
