Overview Bilingual Preferred Starting Pay: $18.50 Start Date: March17th 2025 Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule: (after training) Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday: OFF Sunday: OFF 7 available positions! • Employees are given the option to work from home after 4-6 months of proficient performance* The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of financial transactions to serve Suncoast Credit Union members. An ideal candidate is comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera. Responsibilities • Process a variety of financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals • Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures • Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously • Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions • Perform end-of-day balancing • Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements • Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge • Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program • Complete FACT Act Red Flag training Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position • Bilingual in Spanish preferred • Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines • Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality Skills • AI & Machine Learning • Customer Service • Data Science Employment Type: FULL_TIME Apply Job!
