Responsibilities • Working with loan processors to obtain necessary documentation to meet company/regulatory compliance standards. , • Conditioning settlement agents and loan processors for corrections, clarifications or items needed prior to the drawing of final loan documents. , • Analyzing loan files before final closing docs are drawn for state/federal compliance. , • Sending out lender's instructions and balancing figures with settlement agents. , • Ensuring accuracy in LOS system before final closing documents are drawn. , • Ordering funding wires and obtaining conditions needed prior to or after loan funding. Requirements • Minimum 2 years' experience as a multi-state closer/funder in the residential mortgage industry. , • Compliance experience is a plus.
