Payroll Business Analyst - Oracle
                                We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join the team. This role focuses on supporting payroll processing. The team works remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
 Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle eBusiness Suite, specifically for Accounts Payable and Payroll modules.
 Report Creation and Troubleshooting: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports. This is a critical function as the organization has recently lost its primary report resource.
 Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
 Problem Solving: Identify deficiencies in the current Oracle system, quantify their costs/pains, and optimize processes to address these issues.
 Third-Party Integration: Ensure seamless integration with third-party timekeeping systems such as Kronos and other relevant systems.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly in Accounts Payable and Payroll.
 Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in Oracle 12.1 eBusiness Suite.
 Strong report creation and troubleshooting skills.
 Experience with third-party timekeeping systems like Kronos.
 Experience with MS Access and Excel
 Comfortable with SQL / PL/SQL coding and review to uncover and resolve issues within the Oracle system.
 Soft Skills:
 Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
 Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address system deficiencies.
 Strong analytical skills to quantify costs/pains and optimize processes.
