High Value Quality Assurance Agent

High Value Quality Assurance Agent Mueller Reports is currently seeking Part or Full-Time, HIGH VALUE Quality Assurance Agents. Top candidates will be self-motivated and enjoy an independent, fast-paced work environment. Key skills include attention to detail, a strong reasoning/deduction ability, and a solid understanding of basic math. This position provides paid training and opportunity to grow within the company; previous quality assurance or insurance experience is STRONGLY preferred. As a High Value Quality Assurance Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing reports of Residential/High Value homes submitted from the field by the company’s insurance inspectors. You will be tasked with: • Maintaining accuracy and integrity of reports and ensuring client specifications are met by following established procedures. • Agents are required to use judgement developed through training, to provide feedback to inspectors for report adjustments and updates prior to finalization and submission to customers. • Maintaining an acceptable efficiency percentage when reviewing the inspections. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must be able to routinely perform basic math (e.g. calculate the square footage of a home, calculate a percentage of square footage, etc.). • Effective time management and organization skills. • Superior attention to detail. • Strong understanding of technology - proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate through various company databases. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Seeking to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly. Minimum Requirements for Work at Home: • High speed internet connection. • Reliable desktop or laptop computer running an updated version of Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS. • Be available by phone during scheduled hours. • Maintain production and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications • High Value home experience, either inspecting High Value homes, Quality Assurance reviewing said inspections, or dealing with High Value homes insurance.
