Workforce Scheduling Job Summary Join our configurations & Business Efficiencies team as a 2025 summer intern. This role will serve as project lead. Goal is to develop a platform built within Sharepoint to serve as a central hub for managing the implementation of new groups such as: • Tool to manage implementation manuals online. • Establish interactive dashboard to track milestones/tasks for implementation and onboarding of new groups. • Ability to create status reports per individual group. • Repository for documents and materials related to the implementation process • Option to use as a communication platform The Summer Internship Program at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is a key source for identifying, attracting and developing future talent within our company. Weekly leadership forums are required where the intern will participate in open discussions regarding the corporate business and culture. Full-time Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield employees are not eligible for internships. Reference letters are not requiered. Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Intern I 1. Sophomore year in college (At least 30 credit hours but fewer than 60 credit hours). 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. A minimum of 6.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines. 4. Intern must live in Litte Rock, Arkansas during the internship program. Intern II 1. Junior year in college (At least 60 credit hours but fewer than 90 credit hours). 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. A minimum of 12.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines. 4. Intern must live in Little Rock, Arkansas during the internship program Intern III 1. Senior year in college (At least 90 credit hours). 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. A minimum of 18.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines. 4. Intern must live in Little Rock, Arkansas during the internship program. Intern IV 1. Bachelor’s degree in requested discipline or a related degree if applicable 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3.
