Compensation Plan for 2025:
30 items per month $56,000/year + bonus
40 items per month $75,000/year + bonus
50 items per month $93,000/year + bonus
60 items per month $112,000/year + bonus
70 items per month $130,000/year + bonus
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and meet monthly goals Provide excellent customer service and advice Utilize unlimited prospects from a variety of lead vendors Leverage top-tier industry technology and resources Engage in ongoing training and development
Qualifications: Must be a current or past Allstate Sales Producer Track record of 30 or more items per month Self-motivated with a passion for helping others Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
