About the position The position is an internship role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, focusing on supporting various projects related to provider negotiations, network development, and value-based care. The intern will assist in analytical solutions for current and new projects, contributing to data transformation and report creation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Responsibilities • Assist with analyses in support of providing analytical solutions to current and new projects. , • Contribute to ad-hoc projects. , • Research ideas and items from internet sources in a usable way. , • Assist in creating and modifying reports. , • Participate in transforming data into meaningful and actionable information. , • Validate accuracy of files and analysis. , • Explain deviations from standards and find solutions to basic problems. , • Identify more efficient ways to deliver quality products and analyses. Requirements • High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study. , • At least 2 years attendance at an accredited school pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. , • Basic skill in use of office equipment, including computers and phones. , • Basic proficiency in PC, databases, presentations, and word processing software. , • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software.
