- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with inbound calls, document reviews, and lead management
- Manage all outbound and inbound calls through the Zippy Origination line, providing excellent customer service
- Review applications and prepare documents for processor submission
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring effective communication with applicants
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by the team manager
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound/inbound call center environment
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy to ensure success in passing the SAFE exam if needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive and autonomous worker
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience
- MLO licensing helpful but not required
