Key Responsibilities: Customized Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and goals, then create tailored travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities End-to-End Booking Management: Manage travel reservations and coordinate bookings using advanced online tools and platforms Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, solving travel-related issues, and providing real-time updates Destination Expertise: Research and stay informed about global destinations, travel trends, and local experiences to provide valuable recommendations to clients Travel Logistics Oversight: Ensure all travel components are confirmed, accurate, and organized, guaranteeing a stress-free experience for clients Sales & Upselling: Suggest additional services, upgrades, or exclusive packages to elevate client experiences and enhance revenue Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and payments within the agencys CRM or database system
Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for travel, exploration, and creating memorable experiences for clients Tech-savvy with experience navigating online booking platforms and travel tools (training provided) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills Must be 18 years or older with reliable internet access and a computer or smartphone Fluency in English required; bilingual skills are a plus!
