Work Model: Onsite with Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements: This is a 100% onsite role, and the resource might have to travel once a week to different locations within NYC with expenses paid

 Perform customer support tasks.
 Perform all on-site activities related installation, repairs, management, and maintenance.
 Track and document the progress of requests.
 Perform troubleshooting.
 Identify all issues.
 Suggest and implement solutions.
 Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
 Strong background in field services.
 Experience with software and tools.
 Proficiency in data visualization techniques.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
