The Manager, IT Vendor Management at PayPal is a critical position that requires expertise in IT vendor management and a strong understanding of the industry. We??re looking for an experienced professional who??s able to develop and implement best practices for managing our IT vendor relationships, and drive successful negotiations and outcomes. This individual must be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor??s degree in a related field and 5+ years of proven experience in IT vendor management. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a working knowledge of IT vendor contract language, including the ability to draft and negotiate contract terms, as well as the ability to develop and manage vendor scorecards and performance metrics.If you??re a strategic thinker, solutions-oriented professional who??s ready to take on this challenge and help drive successful vendor management outcomes, we??d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement best practices for managing IT vendor relationships. Drive successful negotiations and outcomes with IT vendors. Work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Draft and negotiate contract terms with IT vendors. Develop and manage vendor scorecards and performance metrics. Provide strategic thinking and solutions-oriented approaches to IT vendor management. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IT vendor management process. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments related to IT vendor management. Ensure vendor services meet company standards and requirements.
