US Payroll and Benefits Specialist
                                Description:
 We are seeking a skilled US Payroll & Benefits Specialist with expertise in multi-state payroll processing and employee benefits administration to join our team!
 Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be the companys subject matter expert on US payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while optimizing payroll and benefits processes.
 This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about employee benefits and payroll accuracy.
 You will play a key role in enhancing employee experience, ensuring timely payroll processing, and managing benefits programs efficiently.
Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
 5+ years of experience managing multi-state US payroll and benefits administration
 Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
 Expert knowledge of US payroll and benefits laws, including FLSA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and IRS regulations
 Experience with Rippling or similar payroll platforms
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee education and engagement
 Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
 Experience with an ERP system such as NetSuite is a plus
