We're seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Wholesale Sales to lead our revenue-generating wholesale operations. You will drive strategic partnerships and create actionable plans to boost revenue streams, collaborating closely with leadership to achieve our ambitious growth targets. Requirements Core Responsibilities: • Lead the wholesale team in executing strategy and fostering sustainable business growth. • Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance revenue and market presence. • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to optimize pricing and business models. • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage. • Oversee wholesale revenue forecasting and drive long-term growth strategies. • Champion a customer-centric approach, improving overall experience and engagement. Required Skills/Abilities: • 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership, driving revenue growth in wholesale. • Proven success in building strategic partnerships and managing P&L. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Passion for Kindthread's mission to support healthcare workers and deliver quality products. • Background in apparel and fashion; experience in healthcare is a plus. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Preferred industry experience in wholesale sales, particularly in apparel or healthcare.
