About the position The National Mortgage Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for strategically identifying new business opportunities and growing key accounts within the mortgage banking industry. This remote position requires a strong network and experience in maintaining relationships with market-leading mortgage servicing and lending organizations. The role involves navigating complex negotiations, excelling in business development, and engaging with high-level decision makers to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities • Demonstrates effective techniques in selling business process solutions and services. , • Listens to customers to understand their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. , • Applies diplomacy and tact in negotiations and client interactions. , • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities. , • Utilizes strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills to engage clients. , • Adapts strategies to changing market conditions and client needs. , • Maintains an understanding of market trends and competition to identify threats and opportunities. , • Persuades and influences clients effectively during negotiations. , • Utilizes strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Excel. Requirements • Proven capability in growing relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite with a national client base. , • 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at large, global organizations. , • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business and expansion sales. , • Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility and presenting ideas that create value. , • Ability to think quickly, listen well, and modify approach in front of clients and key influencers. , • Achieves and exceeds revenue targets consistent with the company's strategic plans. , • Applies a consultative sales approach to build relationships and expand wallet-share with existing clients. , • Monitors market trends and demonstrates a deep understanding of the industry.
