About Us We are a growing online real estate education business offering pre-license classes, continuing education, and professional development courses. We are looking for a highly organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our social media, marketing efforts, partnership development, and general administrative tasks. This is a remote, flexible position ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and administrative support who enjoys working independently and efficiently. ?? Key Responsibilities ?? Marketing & Social Media Support • Develop partnerships with real estate agencies, brokerages, and organizations to expand course reach. • Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage potential students. • Create simple promotional graphics using Canva for social media and marketing materials. • Assist with email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp). • Monitor social media engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and track key metrics. ?? Administrative & General Support • Respond to student and customer inquiries via email. • Organize files, maintain spreadsheets, and update records. • Set up and manage Zoom webinars. • Assist with light research tasks for content, marketing initiatives, and industry trends. • Support course-related administrative tasks (uploading materials, formatting documents). ?? Ideal Candidate Qualifications ? Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Thinkific, Kajabi, or similar platforms. ? Marketing & Social Media Knowledge – Experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation. ? Strong Communication & Outreach Skills – Professional, friendly, and able to establish partnerships. ? Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and track engagement data. ? Self-Starter – Can work independently and take initiative without constant supervision. ?? Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!): • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing. • Experience in real estate industry marketing or partnerships. • Familiarity with basic video editing or webinar management. ??
