Digital Banking & Payments Data Analyst (Onsite)

This position is an in-person position, located at our Headquarters in Ridgewood, Queens, NY. The estimated starting salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Duties and Responsibilities/Results: • Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide meaningful insights to support business decisions. • Support the Bank’s online customer acquisition and retention initiatives through customer segmentation reporting and enhanced analysis of both internal and external transactional, behavioral and market data. • Support the department’s risk management (prevention and monitoring) programs by providing near real-time business intelligence to stakeholders. • Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data and enable stakeholders to make informed decisions related to digital banking. • Create and maintain data models from various banking applications. • Interpret digital banking data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders in the Digital Banking department to identify and prioritize business needs, requirements, and opportunities. • Ensuring integrity of data used in extracted reports and ad-hoc requests. • Support data quality initiatives and provide recommendations to improve data accuracy and completeness. • Provide data management support for current and future technology projects in the department. • Assist when necessary by performing other related duties, which may be necessary from time to time. Job Specifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required. • 3+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services required. • Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI, required. • Knowledge of Fiserv DNA, or similar Core Banking Platform is required. • Proficiency in SQL is required. • Proficiency in Python is a plus. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex digital banking data into actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present digital banking insights and analysis to stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. • Knowledge of digital banking operations and digital banking products is a plus. • Experience in Project Management and Process Optimization a plus.
