You will maintain accurate scheduling, coordinate staffing needs, and address day-to-day changes with care providers and clients. Additional responsibilities include generating and interpreting reports, managing visit utilization and employee productivity, and supporting patient safety. Applicants with LVN licensure are encouraged to apply but it is not required. Qualifications Qualifications: • High School Graduate (college preferred) • Licensed Vocational Nurse, per the state requirements. • Prior scheduling experience preferred with multiple disciplines • Good computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook • Experience using HomeCare HomeBase preferred • Knowledge of basic medical terminology • Ability to articulate interpretation of reports • Excellent customer services skills, both internal and external • Well organized with the proven ability to be efficient while multi tasking Essential Functions: • Understands and adheres to established TheraCare Home Health policies and procedures • Maintains accurate scheduling for clients and staff for multiple disciplines • Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes • Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation, long term leave • Produces reports and articulates interpretation to the administrator • First line in visit utilization, missed visits and employee productivity • Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans • Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety. • Performs other duties as assigned We are an Equal opportunity employer; We offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package.
