Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to clients that have had appointments set by our call center. • Closer will also be a second effort sales person for appointments that ran but did not close. • Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their solar needs are met. • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Strong knowledge of solar energy solutions is a plus.
