Client Onboarding & Account Management: Support clients through the investment and retirement planning process. ? Data & Account Management: Ensure accurate collection of financial data, consolidate accounts, and maintain confidentiality. ? Account Transfers: Collect necessary statements & documents for account transfers and track progress. ? Operations & Client Service: Collaborate with operations teams to facilitate transfers and address client concerns. ? Business Development: Maintain existing client relationships while actively seeking new clients. ? Investment & Retirement Consulting: Educate clients on 401Ks, IRAs, mutual funds, stocks, life insurance, and more. Qualifications & Skills ? Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (Preferred but not required) ? Client Service Mindset: Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide top-tier financial guidance. ? Entrepreneurial & Self-Starter Attitude – Work independently while growing your book of business. ? Ability to Obtain a Financial License (or already licensed is a plus!) ? Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to adjust to different client needs. ? Organizational & Follow-Through Abilities – Work cross-functionally within the company. ?
